Office Efficiency

Starts long before the job begins and continues through construction. Such as keeping the owner appraised of the budget status and itemizing exact construction costs to help the bank with permanent financing. Our job is to assist in the development of your dream.

Subcontractor Relationships

A team is only as great as it's weakest player. Talented and creative subcontractors are an important part of the complete construction team. We feel everyone working on each project has something to contribute. It may be tile detail or a grading reccomendation. Every decision is an important one. Maintaining good relationships with our subcontractors is high on our priority list.

Client Involvement

We try to involve the client in the project as much as possible. A personal relationship is developed allowing the client to reach a comfort level, one with open communication about all elements of construction. Time and time again this relationship extends through construction and continues in a personal friendship.

Job Supervision

We believe the differences are in the "details". We supervise and evaluate every job everyday, no decision is made without our approval. It is with "passion" that we achieve true character with emphasis on details. One detail missed is one too many. We pride ourselves in being able to see the finished product before it is started, enabling us to anticipate problems before they arise. Planning and designing does not stop when the drawings are finished. It continues on a day to day basis through completion.

Warranty

Homes shoule be built to last. It does not matter if a home is 1 year, 5 years or 10 years old. If something is not standing the test of time, it should be warranted. We would expect it, we will provide it.

"Nothing great was every achieved without passion."
